7)  If you want to know what the "banks bottom line" is or what they'll accept, please be advised that the banks do not share that with us!

 

8)  If you want to know if there are offers on a property, please be advised that we cannot return those calls due to the volume of contracts!! Please write offers as if there are offers in; write your best offer!

 

9)  If you want to know if we received your offer, please leave 1 message at 788-8815 and if we haven't received it, we'll call you back. If you don't get a return call, then we've gotten your offer and submitted it.

 

10)  If your offer has been rejected for not having all documentation, please resubmit full offer with the appropriate prequal and deposit check as we will not piece your offers together.  It must be a full package when submitted.
