I have the team and the systems that will save you time and money!

I had been a manager with Pacific Bell for over ten years. When my father passed away, I needed a change in my life, so I followed my passion—real estate.

When I first got my license in 1992, I worked on distressed properties, so I was familiar with the basic REO tasks. However, there are some things that my team and I do that we believe are equally important in today's climate.

I come from a position of helping people. Having lost a home to foreclosure, I knew those who were about to lose their homes needed assistance. The benefit I brought was the understanding that these were not bad people; they were simply people who had fallen on hard times and were afraid, proud, in denial, or didn't know where to turn or who to trust. 

Having been there myself, I was able to bridge that gap for them.

As a result, my interactions with those in distress are always fueled by compassion and understanding. My goal is to show people that losing their homes is not the end of the world and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel—and it is not a train! 

I try to persuade them that this is an opportunity to "restart" their lives and move on without the stress and pressure they are currently experiencing.

My team and I help displaced people obtain "relocation funds" and find rental properties that meet their needs. We've also put them in touch with people who can help them fix their credit and get back on their feet financially.

We believe that this is also an excellent opportunity to acquire these homes and create new homeownership opportunities for others!
